The General Physical Education curriculum (for Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary non-DSE streams) aims to develop students' interest in physical activities and cultivate an active and healthy lifestyle through diverse movement experiences. It emphasizes "education through the physical," focusing on holistic development. The curriculum includes diverse activity exposure covering ball games, athletics, and fitness, alongside skill and fitness development, values and attitudes, and knowledge of sports safety and health management.
